FAQs
If one side of my Air Pro has lost sound or if there's crackling and distortion, what steps should I do?
Utilizing TWS technology, the Air Pro establishes a seamless wireless connection with your Bluetooth device, delivering an immersive stereo sound experience. TWS, or True Wireless Stereo, enables the transmission of left and right audio channels independently via Bluetooth.
In the event of audio loss in one earbud, it could result from a communication lapse between the left and right audio channels. To reestablish the connection, simply place both earbuds into the charging case. Upon successful TWS pairing, indicated by three blue LED blinks, the link between the earbuds is restored.
Please note that the battery levels may vary between earbuds depending on usage. Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge.
Regarding crackling sounds, they may stem from Bluetooth connection instability or range limitations. To maintain a stable connection, ensure the headphone and Bluetooth device are within range. Consider relocating closer to the audio source and away from electronic interference. If crackling persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones to your device.
For persistent issues like no audio or connectivity problems, despite reconnection attempts or factory resets, consider restarting your Bluetooth device and reinitiating pairing steps to resolve the issue.
