At Vokalen, we prioritize simplicity and customer satisfaction in our warranty process. Products sold by Vokalen as refurbished ("pre-owned") are accompanied by their unique warranty, accessible on the product listing or by reaching out to us at support@vokalen.com with your order receipt. Please note that this limited manufacturer's warranty does not affect any statutory warranties provided by law.
Item Warranty Period is 12 months.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for any reason
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. Please note that corporate purchases/bulk orders, defined as ordering more than 10 units of a product, may not be refundable.
Refund Process:
Ensure the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.
Include all accessories in the return.
Returns must be received at Vokalen’s warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund processing begins once the returned item arrives at our warehouse for inspection.
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer bears the shipping costs, while Vokalen refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself. Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this 30-day window.
For purchases not made directly through Vokalen’s online stores, refunds must be arranged with the respective retailers.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
At Vokalen, we stand behind the quality of our products. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Vokalen or its authorized resellers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through authorized distributors and retailers are also handled through Vokalen. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value if available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. The warranty period for replacements follows that of the original defective item, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. Warranty claims for product defects must be made within 90 days of opening a warranty claim, or within the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
Warranty Claim Process:
Proof of Purchase: Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase. Vokalen will document the troubleshooting process. The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are required. It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.
Valid proof of purchase includes the order number from online purchases through Vokalen or its authorized resellers, a sales invoice, or a dated sales receipt from an authorized reseller.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in several situations, including returning products for reasons other than proven defects and warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase. Vokalen is not liable for the loss of data incurred from the use of its products or for returning personal items sent to Vokalen. When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Vokalen, Vokalen is responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit. However, for items returned for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Vokalen does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims. Additionally, if the wrong address is provided by the customer, resulting in the package being lost or otherwise unrecoverable, the customer bears the loss, and Vokalen will not replace the order or issue a refund. If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
Items Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase
- Free products
- Repairs through third parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products
- Purchases from illegitimate resources
